Silent Sea is a strategic institutional advisory firm founded by two people from hospitality — where service is the product and every touchpoint is deliberate. We brought that conviction to education enrollment.
Nazia comes from hospitality — where the organization runs before guests arrive, every detail of the guest journey is choreographed, and trust is earned one table at a time. That discipline shapes how she works.
We built Silent Sea because we noticed something: education institutions treat admissions like a campaign sprint, not a service design problem. The moment you start asking “what does the student experience feel like from first inquiry to first day?” — you stop running ads and start redesigning the system.
We’re a new practice. We’re honest about that. Our credibility comes from what we know and how we work — not from a client roster. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you in the first conversation.
Each person here brings a distinct craft. Together they make the work coherent.
Brendon brings over a decade of leadership experience across luxury hospitality, corporate real estate, and higher education — consistently building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business outcomes in fast-paced, customer-centric environments. Our founder spent years in hospitality — building guest experiences, managing operations, and learning that trust is earned through every single touchpoint, not just a great first impression. That discipline never left us.
Why do education institutions treat admissions like a marketing problem when it’s really a service design problem? That question — and sitting with a promoter watching enrollment numbers slip — started Silent Sea.
Every institution had the same shape of problem: a marketing issue on the surface, and an admissions process design problem underneath. Enrollment systems broken. Counselor conversion workflows improvised. Positioning undefined. The model crystallised.
We’re early. We don’t have a wall of logos. We have a founder-led practice across Management, Allied Healthcare, Skills and Technical, and Liberal Arts faculties — and a commitment to say the hard thing in the first call, not the fifth.
From hospitality, we learned that a guest’s experience isn’t made by the lobby — it’s the sum of every moment. For institutions, that’s every inquiry, every campus visit, every counselor call.
A good organization never improvises at service time. We design your enrollment systems and admissions process before the intake cycle opens — not during the scramble.
We’re a new practice and we say so. Credibility comes from conviction and craft — not from a roster we keep confidential to seem bigger than we are.
If the work doesn’t still serve your institution in five years, we built it wrong. We stay long enough to see the second cohort outperform the first.
